Nutrition Therapy Essentials offers a new master menu to group homes every 6 months to reflect the season.
These are four-week menus intended for use in Assisted and Congregate living.
Includes “Week at a Glance” and recipes with temperature control for food safety as well as alternative options.
It is complete with all therapeutic diets- including diabetic, renal, and texture modifications. This menu is designed for about 20 residents but can be scaled up to serve 100 people as needed.
