NTE offers a 6-hour, self-paced Title 22 training course designed to help Certified Dietary Managers (CDMs) meet regulatory requirements. This on-demand course allows participants to complete the training at their own convenience covering topics ranging from Food Safety and Sanitation, Nutrition and Therapeutic Diets, Kitchen Operations, and more.
For those who prefer a more interactive learning experience, a live instructor-led session is also available. Please note that pricing for live sessions differs from the on-demand course.
After completing the training videos, participants must:
Successfully complete the post-test.
Complete a sanitation checklist report in collaboration with a dietitian.
Once both requirements have been completed, submit the post-test and sanitation checklist report for review. Upon successful review, a certificate of completion will be issued.
